This Privacy Policy explains how Singapore Cab Booking Pte. Ltd. (operating as CabLah, "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit crossbordercab.com or book a cross-border car or coach charter with us. We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email to make a booking, we collect:
When you visit our website, we collect anonymous usage data via Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads — page views, device type, approximate location (country/city level), referrer, and conversion events (WhatsApp button clicks). No personally identifying information is collected from website visits alone.
We share booking information only with the assigned driver or charter operator for the purpose of completing your trip. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share personal data with marketing third parties.
Anonymous website analytics are processed by Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads). You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Booking records are retained for 7 years to meet Singapore tax and accounting requirements. WhatsApp conversation history is retained for the lifetime of the WhatsApp Business account or until you delete it on your end. Anonymous website analytics are retained per Google's default — 14 months.
The website is served over HTTPS with SSL certificates issued by Let's Encrypt and renewed automatically. Booking data is stored in standard business communication tools (WhatsApp, email) with access limited to authorised operations staff.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion by emailing sgcabbooking@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days as required by PDPA.
The website uses cookies set by Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure traffic and conversions. No advertising cookies are set by us directly. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out linked above.
