These Terms govern your booking of cross-border and local charter services with Singapore Cab Booking Pte. Ltd. (operating as CabLah, "we", "us"). By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and confirmation

Bookings are made via WhatsApp, phone, or email and confirmed in writing (WhatsApp message). A booking is only confirmed once you have received an explicit confirmation message from us with the trip details, price, and pickup time. We reserve the right to decline bookings.

All prices listed at crossbordercab.com are per-vehicle, one-way, in Singapore Dollars (SGD), inclusive of fuel and standard tolls. The following are not included unless stated otherwise:

We accept PayNow, bank transfer, and cash. Payment terms are confirmed at booking. Full payment is typically required at the start of the trip or in advance for cross-border charters.

We reserve the right to waive cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis (illness, weather, border closures).

7. Liability

Our vehicles are insured for passenger liability under Singapore law. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, border immigration processing, weather, or events outside our reasonable control. Maximum liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the value of the booking.

8. Lost property

Items left in the vehicle can be returned subject to a delivery or collection arrangement. Please notify us within 7 days. We are not liable for items not recovered.

9. Border crossing

Singapore-Malaysia cross-border trips are subject to immigration processing at the Woodlands or Tuas checkpoints (Singapore side) and Sultan Iskandar CIQ or KSAB (Malaysia side). Wait times vary and are outside our control. We recommend completing the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) at imigresen-online.imi.gov.my within 3 days before crossing if required for your passport.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
