Do I need MDAC to enter Malaysia from Singapore?

Most non-Malaysian passport holders must submit the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) online within 3 days before arrival at imigresen-online.imi.gov.my. Singapore citizens are exempt from the MDAC. Malaysian citizens may use a MyKad at land checkpoints.

Do Chinese passport holders need a visa for Singapore?

No. Holders of ordinary Chinese passports can enter Singapore visa-free for up to 30 days under the mutual visa-exemption arrangement in effect since 9 February 2024. They still need to submit the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) before arrival, unless exempt.

Do Indian passport holders need a visa for Malaysia?

Indian nationals enjoy visa-free entry to Malaysia for up to 30 days, valid through 31 December 2026. An MDAC must still be submitted before arrival. (Note: Indian nationals do require a visa to enter Singapore.)
